Disney Cruise Line's Chocolate Lava Cake!

Yummy! Here we go. Makes 14 portions.

 1lb unsalted butter, 7 oz chocolate, 6 oz whole egg, 4 oz sugar, 3 oz flour and 3 oz egg yolk. Melt butter and then add chocolate. Whisk whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Add flour and pl...ace mixture in small moulds with 3oz each. Bake 14 minutes at 380 degrees. Thanks Mickey!

Jamaican Jerk Chicken   Prep Time: 15 minutes   Cooking Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients: * 1 lime, halved  * 1-1/3 tbsp cooking oil  *  1 medium chicken, helved or quarted (skin on)  * 2 tbsp pre-made bottled jerk seasoning

Directions: *Wash chicken with lime and water, and drain.  * Combine jerk seasoning and oil then rub into chicken. Our chefs at Couples suggest marinating for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. * Keep covered and grill or bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
